Dear OLOL Family,

As we near the end of another busy week, I wanted to take a moment to highlight some of the wonderful activities and events taking place here at our great school.

We kicked off the week with a beautiful school Mass in celebration of the Feast of the Immaculate Conception🙏, a day of holy obligation in our Catholic faith. It was a meaningful way for our school community to come together in prayer and reflection.

Our students have also been hard at work preparing for the Annual Advent Show, which will be a true testament to their talent and dedication. Their practice sessions have been filled with enthusiasm, and we are excited about the upcoming performance.

On Tuesday, our 3rd–5th grade students had the exciting opportunity to visit the Actor's Playhouse to see a production of A Christmas Carol🎄. This outing provided them with a cultural experience that ties beautifully into the themes of the Advent season.

In addition, our 3rd–8th grade students participated in the Annual Spelling Bee 🐝. We are incredibly proud of all the students who took part—each one demonstrated incredible skill, focus, and perseverance. Special thanks to Mrs. Sardinas and the teachers who served as judges for the event. Their dedication and support helped make the Spelling Bee 🐝a success, and we couldn't be more proud of all the participants.

Lastly, we are looking forward to an exciting event this Friday night as our Varsity Girl's Basketball Team 🏀 will be competing in the playoffs! This is a tremendous achievement, and we are so proud of our athletes who have worked so hard to represent our school on the court.

As we move further into December 🧑‍🎄, we are filled with anticipation for the joys of the Christmas season. We look forward to spending time with our families and celebrating the true meaning of Christmas—love, hope, and peace. We are grateful for the continued support of our school community, and we look forward to next week.
